Question:

How can I synchronize and view multiple calendars?

Answer:

You can easily synchronize your Plaxo calendar information across multiple computers... for instance, you can have access to your personal (home) calendar both at home and at work.

Install Plaxo on each computer, making sure to use the same Plaxo account. After you have installed Plaxo on one computer, subsequent installations of Plaxo on other machines will ask if you would like to import calendars from programs installed earlier.

For example, if you want to synchronize your home calendar with your work calendar, you would first install Plaxo on your home computer. The Outlook calendar from your home computer will be synchronized with the Plaxo Online Calendar. Next, you should install Plaxo on your work computer using the same Plaxo account. In this installation, the Plaxo service will intelligently detect that you already have a home calendar on your Plaxo account. You will be asked if you want to import your home calendar to your work computer.

When Plaxo imports your work calendar to your home computer, it will be stored as a different calendar folder and will not be merged with your home calendar.

If you have problems, please refer to our step-by-step Synchronization Troubleshooting Guide:

To view multiple calendars in Plaxo Online, please use the calendar chooser in the top right corner of your Plaxo Online Calendar.
