Question:

How do I discontinue my Plaxo account?

Answer:

If you no longer wish to use Plaxo, you must do the following two things:

  1. Delete your account. You will need to sign in to your Plaxo account using the e-mail address with which you registered with Plaxo. If you have any problems using this account deletion page, please contact Customer Care.
     
  2. If you haven't already, you will also need to uninstall Plaxo software from your computer if you are using Plaxo for Outlook or Outlook Express.
