How does Plaxo make money?

Plaxo offers a line of contact management products to help you update your address book and connect with friends, family, and colleagues. Our business model is based on selling premium features to our growing user base.

Here's a glimpse of features we currently offer today:

-Plaxo eCards brings a large collection of premium e-cards for members to send to friends or colleagues on any occasion.
-Plaxo Premium gives users eCards plus our Address Book Optimizer, assisted data recovery, WAP access to your online account, 24/7 VIP phone and email support and the ability to store over 1,000 contacts on your online account.
-Plaxo Mobile Plus - an over-the-air sync application that synchronizes your mobile phone with your Plaxo address book.

And there's much more in store. Currently, we're focused on building a profitable, viable business and community that our members can trust. Compromising that trust by selling or sharing member information would not only violate our own Privacy Policy, a legally binding document, but would undermine our own code of ethics and ability to become a successful company.
